All sales should be final, but mistakes can be made, even knights have their follies. After reading the questions below and believe The Guild House made an error, please arrange a fix with us via email or call (562)461-2729.
What if my parcel is ravaged?
Damaged/Ravaged parcels may have occurred due to transit. Please holler at the carrier company and petition a complaint with them. Some items may be listed as DAMAGED, therefore the patron willingly knoweth the condition of the good.
What if my item is missing pieces?
Games that are sealed and in new condition is the Manufacturer's mistake. Contact them for replacement parts. Used games and handmade items are listed with complete components and are weighed with accuracy.
What if I don't like the item I ordered?
Mistakes may have been made, although you now have a gift to give to your estranged cousin! Items are listed with dimensions, color scheme and proper descriptions to make your purchase informative. Handmade items and custom orders that are rejected will cause heads to fly in our guillotine center.
